About Kapiva Cash

Kapiva Cash is Kapiva's cashback and loyalty program that can be used to avail incentives by our existing users. 5% cashback of the total invoice value (excluding shipping charges) is earned on every successful order placement that can be used to avail an additional 10% discount on the next order. 


How To Reedem Kapiva Cash

    • 1. Login to your Kapiva account.

    • 2. Once you have filled in your details, go to the coupons section and check the box where it says, "Use XX Kapiva Cash on this purchase".

    • 3. Your discount will be applied on your order.


How to check the Kapiva Cash balance:

1. Login to your Kapiva account

2. Go to My Account -> Wallet


Terms and Conditions

  1. Wallet usage will be capped at 10% of invoice value even if total wallet balance is higher than applicable.

  2. Unused wallet balance will expire within 6 months from the date of addition.

  3. Kapiva Cash earned before 20th March 2024 will expire in 2 months from the date of credit. Any Kapiva Cash earned after the mentioned date will expire after 6 months from the date of credit.

  4. In case the order is cancelled where Kapiva Cash was used to avail additional discount, only the amount paid by the customer will be credited back to the source account and Kapiva cash will not be credited back.

  5. Kapiva reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use and the Policies, at any time without giving any prior written notice to you and in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use and Policies periodically for updates/ changes. Any change or modification to the Terms of Use and Policies will be effective immediately from the date of such upload of the Terms of Use and Policies on the Website. Your continuous use of the Website, following the posting of changes, will mean that you have accepted and agreed to the revisions made to the Terms of Use as well as the Policies, whether or not you have read them. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use and Policies, Kapiva grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.
