What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available only up to a certain order value.
Money deducted but order not confirmed?
Please wait up to 24 hours for confirmation. If not received, the deducted amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order number and estimated delivery date.
What is the standard delivery time?
Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours and delivered within 2–5 days.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via My Account → Orders or through the WhatsApp bot (Cancel My Order → Share reason → Enter Order ID).
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.
Order returned without delivery attempt?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 3 times. Please check messages or contact customer support for help.
Received missing or wrong product?
Contact us at 1800-274-2575 or info@kapiva.in with invoice and product images for quick resolution.
Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, please contact customer support within the return/refund policy period for assistance.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours and reflected in your account within 3–5 working days.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. However, free shipping is available on orders above ₹649.
