3. Enter the OTP received on your phone number and you will successfully be logged in.

How do I use the coupon code?

To use your coupon code and avail discount, follow below steps -

1. Add products to the Cart

2. Go to buy now

3. There, you will get the option to enter the coupon code manually, or you can select from the available options

4. Click on "Apply"

5. Don't add spaces before, inside of, or after the coupon code.

What payment methods are you accepting?

We accept credit/debit cards, Net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
*We offer COD orders only upto a certian order value, please check the checkout page for the limit on COD orders.


My money has been deducted but my order is not confirmed

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. If you don’t receive it, be rest assured that any deducted amount will be refunded to your source account within 3-5 working days.


How do I know that my order is confirmed?

As soon as you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email/whatsApp with the order number and the estimated time of delivery.


What is the standard time of delivery?

Once you place the order, it is shipped within 24-48 hours and you can expect it to be delivered within 2-5 days


How do I cancel my order?

Order can be cancelled before the order is dispatched. Steps to cancel the order if the Order is not dispatched:
Self Cancellation -
1. Go to My accounts > Orders on your App/web and cancel the order
2. Order can also be cancelled via our whatsapp BOT - Type - Cancel My Order > Share the reason > Type Order id - Order will be cancelled

In case you are not able to cancel the order, this means the order is dispatched. Please reach out to our customer case team for further assistance via email, chat or call.


How can I track my order?

Once you place a order, it gets shipped within 24-48 hours. When the order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and whatsApp to track your order.


My order was returned without any delivery attempt

We’re sorry to hear that. Typically, our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts before returning the order. Please check your email, whatsApp for any updates about the delivery and reach out to our customer care team on email, chat or call.

When will I get my refund?

For paid orders, refund will be processed in the next 24-48 hours on cancellation/Returns/Failed Orders. Once the refund is processed, it takes around 3 - 5 working days to reflect in your source account


Is there a minimum order value for purchases on Kapiva?
No, there is no minimum order value to order. But we have the minimum order value of Rs 699 for Free shipping.
