Kapiva Coins

Kapiva Coins is Kapiva's cashback and loyalty program that can be used to avail incentives by our existing users. 5% cashback of the total invoice value (excluding shipping charges) is earned on every successful order placement that can be used to avail an additional 10% discount on the next order. 

• • 1. Go to your Kapiva app and login.

  • 2. Add your favourite products and go to checkout, scroll down and tap Redeem in the Kapiva Coins section.

  • 3. Your discount will be applied on your order.

2. Go to My Account -> Wallet

1. Wallet usage will be capped at 10% of invoice value even if total wallet balance is higher than applicable.
   

2. Unused wallet balance will expire within 6 months from the date of addition.
   

3. Kapiva Coins earned before 20th March 2024 will expire in 2 months from the date of credit. Any Kapiva Coins earned after 20th March 2024 will expire after 6 months from the date of credit.
   

4. In case the order is cancelled where Kapiva Coins was used to avail additional discount, only the amount paid by the customer will be credited back to the source account and Kapiva Coins will not be credited back.

5. Kapiva reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use and the Policies, at any time without giving any prior written notice to you and in its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use and Policies periodically for updates/ changes. Any change or modification to the Terms of Use and Policies will be effective immediately from the date of such upload of the Terms of Use and Policies on the Website. Your continuous use of the Website, following the posting of changes, will mean that you have accepted and agreed to the revisions made to the Terms of Use as well as the Policies, whether or not you have read them. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use and Policies, Kapiva grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.
