Terms & Conditions
- Wallet usage is capped at 10% of invoice value, even if your balance is higher.
- Unused wallet balance expires within 6 months from the date of addition.
- Coins earned before 20 March 2024 expire within 2 months of credit. Coins earned after that expire in 6 months.
- If an order using Kapiva Coins is cancelled, only the paid amount is refunded. Coins will not be credited back.
- Kapiva reserves the right to modify or update the program terms at any time without prior notice.
