Shatavari Balance Juice: Mix 30ml in water, consume once daily post dinner || Hingwashtak Churna: Mix ½ tbsp with ghee, consume with first bite during lunch for a week (7 days)
STEP 2: Month 2
Shatavari Balance Juice: Mix 30ml in water, consume once post dinner || Nishamalaki: Take 1 tab twice daily before meals || Triphala: Take 1 tbsp at bedtime with warm water
